Public Sector & Non-profits

Overview

Climate change is the defining environmental challenge of our era, and it's clear that we must move faster to adapt to its unavoidable impacts. Nonprofits and governments are essential to advancing climate goals by setting ambitious policy frameworks, funding early-stage clean energy projects, and addressing market gaps that private capital alone may overlook—particularly in underserved and high-impact areas. We support the world’s leading nonprofit organisations and governments that are ready to push limits and embrace serious change.

Capabilities

We empower government agencies in their decision-making by assisting with tender design, industry roadmaps, regulatory review and recommendations, subsidy setting, assessing market barriers and levers for industry growth. The CoralPoint team also supports nonprofits with program design, strategic planning, research and analysis, organizational development and support, and project management.
