Transactions

Overview

Buyers, sellers, and lenders intending to transact in renewable energy projects, portfolios, or platforms require a robust and independent assessment to help identify and mitigate risks and unlock upside potential. Thorough commercial, legal, technical, and environmental due diligence—combined with a solid post-merger integration strategy—are the foundations of any successful transaction.

Renewable energy deals are becoming larger, more complicated, and performed in an often-accelerated timeframe with high competitive tension. From evaluating the likelihood of early-stage greenfield pipeline success to assessing new technology risk to stress-testing financial models or providing custom market assessments, our team of M&A specialists is shoulder-to-shoulder with you at every step of the process.

We bring unique experience and perspective to deal teams gained from decades of operating in the sector. We know projects inside and out and can help you to quickly identify those most value-accretive opportunities and the most significant risks that can either build or destroy value.
The CoralPoint team has collectively worked on thousands of MWs of successful mergers and acquisitions across global renewable energy markets. We bring deep sector and technology experience to help in both buy- and sell-side mandates and project financing. We pride ourselves on providing a tailored approach, a clear focus on the most significant issues and value levers, and rapid results.
