Emilie Reeve is a Co-CEO based from our corporate headquarters in Basingstoke (UK). She brings a wealth of experience to CoralPoint, having worked at the cutting edge of offshore wind globally for over a decade. She was most recently CEO of Kontiki Winds, a Norwegian offshore wind developer, and previously Director at The Renewables Consulting Group, where she burnished her reputation as an offshore wind expert by advising various government ministries, offshore wind developers, and development banks on how to create and accelerate their offshore wind markets. Having served as Technical Director to The Crown Estate for UK offshore wind Round 4 tender, acting as the technical lead to the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on Round 1 offshore wind leasing, and serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the US National Offshore Wind Research & Development Consortium.

Seb provides strategic direction to the CoralPoint executive team and helps to shape the vision and long-term growth plan for the business. Seb has spent his entire career in the consulting industry, building teams and solutions for clients in the renewable energy sector. Before joining CoralPoint, Seb was Managing Partner and Global Co-Lead for Renewables at ERM, the world’s largest sustainability consultancy. Prior to ERM, he founded and served as CEO of The Renewables Consulting Group (RCG), a global management consulting and technical advisory firm which was acquired in 2021. Prior to this Seb was President for the North America renewables business at the TÜV SÜD group, based in New York. Over the last two decades, Seb has worked with utilities, private equity firms, pension funds, insurers, industrial clients, and government agencies for on- and offshore wind, solar, and emerging energy technologies. Outside of work, Seb enjoys spending time in the mountains or on the golf course, where he is preparing his 4-year-old son, Ludo, to be the next Rory McIlroy.

Gareth Lewis is a Senior Advisor with CoralPoint based from the UK. Gareth is a technically skilled and highly successful renewable energy practitioner, with deep experience of large-scale offshore wind project development, M&A, and execution. Gareth has been involved from the very beginning of offshore wind globally and has spent over 20 years at the forefront of the industry. He led the development of the 4.2 GW Dogger Bank offshore wind farm for the Forewind Consortium (SSE, RWE, Equinor, Statkraft) as well as serving as project director on numerous other projects. In 2015 he joined The Renewables Consulting Group (RCG) where he was Managing Director for Asia Pacific and advised power and finance sector clients across many different jurisdictions. Following the acquisition of RCG by ERM, Gareth was a Partner in Renewables, and Global Lead for Development Services. Gareth holds degrees in Marine Biology and Underwater Engineering & Technology.

Carsten Brinck is Chief Commercial Officer and serves on the Board of CoralPoint International Limited. He is a seasoned executive and consultant with over 25 years of leadership experience in the renewable energy sector. Carsten is Managing Partner of Brinckmann Group (a CoralPoint group company), where he leads the firm’s strategic direction and leads complex advisory mandates for investors, developers, and industrial clients across global markets. He brings deep commercial advisory expertise complemented by a strong technical foundation – delivering high-value, actionable insights across the renewable energy value chain. Carsten’s advisory work is rooted in deep experience across the full project lifecycle – from early-stage development and permitting through construction, operations, and asset transaction. He supports clients in navigating complex project phases with strategic and operational insight. Building on this foundation, he adds further value through strong capabilities in market intelligence and supply chain strategy, helping clients interpret industry dynamics, evaluate cost structures, and position effectively in evolving regulatory and commercial environments. He also brings a robust track record in project acquisitions and M&A transactional support, advising on due diligence, commercial assessments, and deal execution in renewable energy markets. With projects delivered in more than 30 countries, Carsten combines global market knowledge with sector-specific operational expertise. He is a trusted senior advisor to private equity firms, infrastructure funds, utilities, OEMs, and independent developers – helping clients make sound strategic and investment decisions, optimise portfolios, and drive sustainable growth. Prior to founding Brinckmann, Carsten held various leadership roles including Chief Service Officer at KK Wind Solutions, Chief Commercial Officer at Connected Wind Services, and Chief Operations Officer at Suzlon Wind Energy A/S. He started his career in the Wind industry at NEG Micon and Vestas.

Brian has a proven track record in building outstanding businesses and brings vast finance, tax, operations, and private equity/M&A experience to the CoralPoint leadership team.   Joining on Day 1 as Fractional CFO and transitioning to full-time from April 2025, Brian played an intrinsic part in the initial set up of the business and continues to provide a clear, incisive and practical view of CoralPoint’s finances, operations and long-term strategic aims. A qualified accountant (FCCA) and chartered taxation advisor (CTA), Brian started his career in audit, tax, assurance, and advisory, working at top firms including Grant Thornton and Baker Tilly. At Baker Tilly, Brian was a Partner, Regional Head of Tax, Staff Partner and part of the Regional Leadership Team, tasked with managing and growing the professional services business, which incorporated several offices and hundreds of staff members. Since then, Brian has accumulated almost 20 years of industry experience, with particular specialisms in professional services, property, and construction, and has overseen several significant M&A transactions as both advisor and principal.   He has combined this with voluntary roles at local schools, clubs and amateur theatres, and still finds time for family scuba diving trips and treks, along with some mountain biking and running.

Emily Kuhn-Keaveny is a trusted advisor to investors, developers, and utilities navigating the U.S. energy transition—particularly when the stakes are high and the path forward is complex She brings over a decade of experience in renewable energy project development, technical due diligence, and market strategy. Emily has led diligence efforts on some of the most significant clean energy transactions in the U.S., and her work spans onshore and offshore wind, solar, transmission, and emerging markets. Before joining CoralPoint, Emily was a Consulting Director at ERM and previously worked with the New York Power Authority, where she helped shape the utility’s multi-year clean energy strategy. She is a recognized leader in the industry, having served as the NYC Chapter Lead for Women in Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE). Emily’s passion for conservation, wildlife, and nature started on the beaches of Long Island, where she worked many summers as a Piping Plover Steward.  She currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband and her two cats.

Michael Andres is a renewable energy leader with over 15 years of international experience, including a decade specialising in onshore and offshore wind development. Most recently, he served as Head of Turbines and Site Assessment at Corio Generation (Macquarie Group), where he led global, multidisciplinary teams across wind turbine engineering, site selection and optimisation, energy yield, wind and metocean, LCOE analysis, and GIS. In this role, he drove integrated technical strategy, strengthened development workflows, and enhanced investment readiness across a multi‑gigawatt offshore wind portfolio. Prior to Corio, Michael held senior development and technical leadership roles at Macquarie’s Green Investment Group and its Acacia Renewables platform in Japan, where he originated and advanced large-scale wind projects across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. His work spanned greenfield origination, technical due diligence, early-stage development, and market entry strategy, contributing to the build-out of multi‑gigawatt pipelines in emerging and established markets. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, where he ranked 9th nationwide in the 2009 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination.

Doug Pfeister has spent his 30-year career in the US pioneering offshore wind, accelerating the growth of renewable energy more broadly, and advancing environmental causes. Most recently, Doug finished three-and-a-half years as a Partner at the global consultancy ERM leading its renewables advisory practice in the US. Ten years ago, he co-founded The Renewables Consulting Group (RCG) with other directors in the UK, putting the business in the vanguard of companies exporting offshore wind expertise to the US and building the American industry from the ground up. He got his start in offshore wind 20 years ago with Bluewater Wind, a developer that secured the nation’s first federal offshore wind lease, off the coast of Delaware, alongside a 200 MW offtake agreement with the state’s electric utility, Delmarva Power & Light, and in 2010 started the country’s first offshore wind trade association, the Offshore Wind Development Coalition. Doug is a graduate of Stanford University (Bachelor of Arts in Economics, International Relations (with Honors), 1993) and Yale University (Master of Environmental Management, 2000).

Deepak is a Partner based in our Hamburg office and leads the firm’s global strategy and commercial consulting practice. He joined Brinckmann in 2021 having spent more than a decade in the renewable energy sector within research and consulting. Deepak brings strong industry know-how and advises companies across the renewable energy value chain. Within consulting, Deepak advises a string of companies such as Asset Owners, Developers, Institutional Investors, PE Funds and Supply Chain Players, present across the value chain on key topics across the energy transition landscape. He has extensive experience in supporting companies on commercial due diligence work covering component and service-related M&A opportunities and provides analysis on the market and technology-related forecasts, asset owner strategies, and policy and regulatory developments. Prior to joining Brinckmann, Deepak worked as a Managing Consultant in Wood Mackenzie’s power and renewable business where he provided advisory services covering the wind, solar PV, energy storage, and power markets. In the past, he also worked in the wealth management divisions of Citibank and JP Morgan Chase in India. Deepak holds a B.SC in Business from St. Josephs College of Commerce in India and an MBA from Aarhus University, Denmark.

Nick Chivers is an experienced consulting and business leader with a personal background of advising on HSE compliance and management, safety in design and safety due diligence. With 25 years of experience in renewable energy and sustainability sector, Nick’s collaborative approach to client challenges supports the successful delivery of worldwide clean energy projects.. Nick specialises in safety in design, HSE strategy, management and due diligence, alongside the provision of project resource forecasting, embedded project expertise and project management. Nick has advised utilities, developers, IPPs, supply chain and OEMs, governments, private equity, and banks on the identification, development, and deployment of onshore and offshore wind, solar, BESS, and emerging renewable energy technologies.

Chris Houston is a Partner at CoralPoint and Global Lead for the firm’s project finance and M&A services. Chris is a seasoned renewable energy professional with over 16 years of experience, covering onshore and offshore renewables. He has held senior roles across both project development and consultancy, including most recently serving as Director and Global Practice Lead for Offshore Wind Advisory Services at UL Solutions and prior to that as an Associate Director in ERM’s M&A services group. Chris spent six years as a project developer for SSE Renewables, followed by more than a decade in technical consultancy, where he has delivered complex due diligence and market intelligence services across over 30 GW of offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, and BESS projects. He has led GW’s of Lenders Technical Advisory (LTA) mandates, Lenders Environmental & Social Advisory (LESA) and ESG Due Diligence, Equator Principles and IFC Performance Standards gap analyses, and the development of Environmental and Social Action Plans. Chris earned his BA in Business Management at Glasgow University and his MS in Environmental Studies from The University of Strathclyde.

Lars is a Founding Partner at Brinckmann, a CoralPoint company. He co-founded Brinckmann in 2018 after having spent 8 years in the wind energy business. He is a commercial energy infrastructure specialist with more than 10+ years of experience with deep industry insights across Wind, Green Fuels and Energy Transmission. Lars leads the firm’s Green Fuels and Energy Infrastructure chapter and has been engaged in both areas in a Renewables context since 2019, advising on both product, project and system level. He is specialised in the Commercial and Regulatory areas of energy transition. Lars has built up his experience by working with and advising a wide range of companies, such as Asset Owners, Developers, Institutional Investors, PE Funds and Supply Chain Players. His work has been anchored within new market entry, valuation and modelling, acquisition and contracting, and commercial optimisation. Prior to founding Brinckmann, Lars has been working in corporate, Siemens Wind Power, as well as consulting, K2 Management. Lars holds an M.Sc. in Strategy, Organization and Management from the Dept. of Business and Social Sciences at Aarhus University. In addition, Lars has spent four years in academia as a Doctoral Researcher in the field of International Business and Marketing.

Ali Ghorashi is a Partner at CoralPoint Group, where he leads the firm’s Energy Infrastructure Finance and Transactions practice for North America out of San Diego, California. In his role as Managing Director, he applies his perspective to specific gaps in the energy market, providing independent, senior-led advisory to CoralPoint clients, with the depth of a large platform and the agility of a focused team.

Over the past 16 years, Ali has worked at the intersection of engineering risk, project finance and M&A, and energy policy, advising on transactions that span the full lifecycle of clean energy infrastructure. His practice covers onshore and offshore wind, utility-scale solar, battery storage, thermal generation, high-voltage transmission, low-carbon molecules, carbon capture and sequestration, and geothermal. That breadth is uncommon in a single practitioner, and it reflects a career built deliberately across technologies rather than within a single vertical.

Prior to CoralPoint, Ali served as Senior Vice President of Energy Infrastructure Finance and M&A at DNV, the global independent engineering and assurance firm. There, he built and led what became one of the largest and most diversified technical due diligence practices in North America, growing from a wind focused engineering team into a platform that served developers, lenders, tax equity investors, and private equity sponsors across every major asset class in the sector.

Ali’s core skill is converting detailed engineering analysis into the language of investment risk. Over his career, he has advised energy infrastructure funds, private equity firms, project lenders, tax equity investors, developers, utilities, IPPs, and federal stakeholders including the U.S. Department of Energy. That range of relationships, across both the buy side and the sell side, as well as across both public and private capital, gives him an integrated view of how transactions actually move through the market and what drives them.

He is a regular presence at industry forums including GreenFin, ACP Cleanpower, Reuters Utility Scale Solar and Wind, Infocast Project and Money, and Tamarindo, he’s been featured on Todd Alexander’s Norton Rose Fulbright ‘Currents’ Podcast, and has been quoted in Forbes, the New York Times, and Business Insider.

Dr. Ghorashi holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath, United Kingdom. His academic training in engineering systems, combined with more than a decade and a half of transaction experience, gives him a perspective that is both technically grounded and commercially fluent, a combination the advisory market rarely produces in a single individual.

Ali lives in San Diego with his wife and enjoys hiking, skiing, and playing tennis.

As Chief of Staff, Harriet’s role is to keep the business and its executive team laser-focused on the firm’s top priorities, amplify our impact with clients and staff, and translate ideas and strategies into concrete actions. Harriet’s superpowers influence almost every aspect of the business, from corporate strategy and operational efficiency to marketing and sales. Harriet is a master at influencing and engaging stakeholders and has a unique ability to ‘see round corners’. In addition to leading several cross-functional workstreams, she takes special responsibility for shaping the company’s people agenda. Harriet brings nearly two decades of experience in marketing, sales, finance, and executive assistant roles at C-level with organisations including BMW, Lenovo, and most recently ERM. At ERM, she spent 3½ years as a Senior Manager and EA to the Global Lead for Renewables, driving the commercial programme for one of the largest and most successful teams. Beyond her passion for accelerating the energy transition, Harriet loves all things equestrian and is known for making a mean margarita at CoralPoint team events.

Chris Clement-Jones has over a decade of experience in M&A, finance, and development of major energy infrastructure projects worldwide. With a strong foundation in technical due diligence and project development, Chris has held leadership roles across the value chain—working with lenders, investors, and developers to advance both offshore and onshore wind capacity. His expertise spans offshore wind economics, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Before joining CoralPoint, Chris served as Development Lead at Havfram, where he managed bid tenders and joint venture origination efforts across Europe. Prior to this he led the Offshore Wind team at UL, specialising in Owners Engineering and Technical Due Diligence. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.

Dr Lee Clarke is a Partner and leads on Corporate Development activity for CoralPoint. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the energy industry, with a broad range of executive management, commercial, operational, and strategy experience.​ Lee is an expert in market analysis, commercial strategy, and business building and transformation. He has a proven track record in directing large, complex, and multi-disciplinary teams and projects.​ With experience spanning both major investor-owned utilities and within the consultancy sector, Lee has held multiple energy industry leadership roles and has led some of the largest renewable energy development projects. This includes serving as project director of a complex, international offshore wind joint venture. In addition to renewable energy development, he has extensive experience in corporate strategy, energy markets and policy, corporate affairs and regulation, and power project mergers and acquisitions. Dr Clarke has also led corporate venturing activities, launching significant new businesses within large corporations. Consultancy assignments have included commercial support to equipment suppliers, leading technical due diligence, and providing strategic advice for new market entry. Dr Clarke also has experience serving in the public sector, holding a senior energy markets role within a multilateral international agency.​ Dr Clarke trained as a geologist and is also qualified to post graduate level in environmental impact assessment. He is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London (FGS) and a Professional Member of The Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (MIMMM). He has attended business and executive leadership courses at Warwick Business School, IMD Switzerland, and ESMT Berlin.

Sophie Kramer is Group HR Director based from our corporate headquarters in the UK. Sophie has over two decades of HR experience from global professional services organisations and power and energy industry businesses. Prior to joining CoralPoint, Sophie was Lead HR Business Partner for Renewables at ERM – the world’s largest pure-play sustainability consultancy. Before this, Sophie held various HR roles at Grant Thornton, Siemens Energy, Johnson & Johnson, and law firm Eversheds. Sophie provides overall leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of CoralPoint’s people agenda, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and DEIB initiatives. As well as her formal CIPD qualifications, Sophie holds a BA in German Studies from The University of Manchester.
