We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our M&A services group based in the UK.
Who we are
CoralPoint is a global business and sustainability consulting firm committed to furthering the fight against climate change by transforming the energy systems of our globe. We acknowledge and in many cases applaud the various forms of climate change and sustainability goals that government bodies, non-governmental organisations, and businesses have adopted, but the one we set out for ourselves is simple and clear, and with built-in accountability: every engagement we take on will further the fight against climate change.

We are committed to the highest standards of ethics and business conduct. Our guiding principles serve as a compass for the business and help to shape our unique culture as a team:

What you will do
As a Senior Consultant you will work with our M&A services team and some of the world’s leading organisations to help shape and deliver solutions on a wide range of M&A and other advisory related assignments for on- and offshore wind, solar PV, BESS, and other emerging energy technologies.
Our team combines unmatched insight of the global renewable energy landscape with deep strategic, technical, and environmental expertise. In a world of rapid transformation and increasing complexity, we serve as a trusted partner—helping clients navigate the evolving energy ecosystem with clarity and confidence.
As a Senior Consultant you will be a subject matter expert with a thorough understanding of the renewable energy sector gained from either a previous role with another consultancy or with a project developer or investor. You will have a solid understanding of renewable energy technology, the project development life-cycle, and transaction processes – ideally for both for equity and debt investment. You will take on significant responsibility for project management and delivering world-class and value-adding advisory services to our clients including but not limited to technical due diligence, commercial due diligence, lenders advisory, and environmental and social (ESG) due diligence.
You will work in collaborative teams covering the pursuit of new business, leadership of project engagements, and development of our ways of working including the use of AI tools and processes. For more information, please visit https://coralpointgroup.com/services/ma/
Who you will work with
We partner with organisations across industries that share our commitment to combating climate change and accelerating the global energy transition. The impact you will have
We are so proud of the direct impact we’re having every day on the future of the planet, the health and wellbeing of the people we share it with, and the environment – the beloved mountains, forests, oceans, rivers, prairies, and so many other ecosystems – all around us. But we also aim to deploy the strength of our company to advance other causes important to us, which is why we have committed to contribute one percent of our revenues each year to organisations around the globe doing exceptional work in critical humanitarian areas such as economic welfare, gender equality and sexual discrimination, clean water and healthy communities, and social and environmental justice.
