The merger unites CoralPoint’s global presence and comprehensive suite of strategic, technical, and sustainability services with Brinckmann’s well-established commercial advisory practice, market intelligence platform, and deep supply chain expertise. Together, the firms will offer clients a truly end-to-end solution spanning all renewable energy technologies and technology enablers, including onshore wind, offshore wind, solar PV, green fuels and energy infrastructure.

About the Transaction
The transaction closed following regulatory approvals and satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The merger was effective February 16, 2026. Lester Aldridge served as legal counsel and PWC as Financial Advisor to CoralPoint on the transaction. Bech-Bruun served as legal counsel to the Brinckmann Group shareholders. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
