Our team wanted to share just a few ways that they are recognising Earth Day this year:

• Bringing a reusable coffee mug every day to your local coffee shop. It is estimated that 2.5 billion disposable coffee cups end up landfill each year in the UK alone. We have been pleased to partner with FOAMO whose reusable cups are made from a renewable feedstock food-grade polypropylene created from 70% waste, such as cooking oil. They are also fully kerbside recyclable.
• Drinking tap water instead of buying bottled water
• Buying fruit and vegetables from the local greengrocer / farmer’s market
• Shopping second-hand at local thrift stores or online stores like ThredUp. Thredup has diverted 200 million garments from landfills!
