Michael brings over 15 years of international experience in renewable energy, with a strong focus on both onshore and offshore renewables wind. Most recently serving as Head of Turbines and Site Assessment at Corio Generation (Macquarie Group), he led global teams across wind turbine engineering, site selection and optimisation, energy yield, metocean, and GIS—driving project development and investment readiness.

His career spans senior roles at Macquarie’s Green Investment Group and their legacy Japanese platform Acacia Renewables, where he managed large-scale wind portfolios across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Michael’s expertise includes site identification, technical due diligence, LCOE analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. He is widely recognised for transforming technical insight into strategic value.

Whilst based in London, Michael is working extensively with our Asia Pacific team and is already supporting clients on projects across Japan, Australia, and The Philippines.
