Carsten Brinck is Chief Commercial Officer and serves on the Board of CoralPoint International Limited. He is a seasoned executive and consultant with over 25 years of leadership experience in the renewable energy sector. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Brinckmann, he drives the firm’s strategic direction and leads complex advisory mandates for investors, developers, and industrial clients across global markets. He brings deep commercial advisory expertise complemented by a strong technical foundation – delivering high-value, actionable insights across the renewable energy value chain. Carsten’s advisory work is rooted in deep experience across the full project lifecycle – from early-stage development and permitting through construction, operations, and asset transaction. He supports clients in navigating complex project phases with strategic and operational insight. Building on this foundation, he adds further value through strong capabilities in market intelligence and supply chain strategy, helping clients interpret industry dynamics, evaluate cost structures, and position effectively in evolving regulatory and commercial environments. He also brings a robust track record in project acquisitions and M&A transactional support, advising on due diligence, commercial assessments, and deal execution in renewable energy markets. With projects delivered in more than 30 countries, Carsten combines global market knowledge with sector-specific operational expertise. He is a trusted senior advisor to private equity firms, infrastructure funds, utilities, OEMs, and independent developers – helping clients make sound strategic and investment decisions, optimise portfolios, and drive sustainable growth. Prior to founding Brinckmann, Carsten held various leadership roles including Chief Service Officer at KK Wind Solutions, Chief Commercial Officer at Connected Wind Services, and Chief Operations Officer at Suzlon Wind Energy A/S. He started his career in the Wind industry at NEG Micon and Vestas.
