Sophie Kramer is Group HR Director based from our corporate headquarters in the UK. Sophie has over two decades of HR experience from global professional services organisations and power and energy industry businesses. Prior to joining CoralPoint, Sophie was Lead HR Business Partner for Renewables at ERM – the world’s largest pure-play sustainability consultancy. Before this, Sophie held various HR roles at Grant Thornton, Siemens Energy, Johnson & Johnson, and law firm Eversheds. Sophie provides overall leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of CoralPoint’s people agenda, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and DEIB initiatives. As well as her formal CIPD qualifications, Sophie holds a BA in German Studies from The University of Manchester.
