Gareth Lewis joins CoralPoint as a Senior Advisor in the UK
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Gareth Lewis as Senior Advisor, further strengthening CoralPoint’s leadership in renewable energy development and strategic advisory services.
Based in the UK, Gareth brings over 25 years of experience at the forefront of the global offshore wind and renewables industry. A technically accomplished and highly respected renewable energy expert, he has played a pivotal role in the development of some of the world’s most significant offshore wind projects.
Notably, Gareth led the development team that initially consented 4.8 GW for the Dogger Bank offshore wind farms for the Forewind Consortium (SSE, RWE, Equinor, Statkraft) and has served as Project Director on numerous other high-profile developments. His deep expertise spans project development, M&A, and execution across multiple international markets.
In 2015, Gareth returned to consultancy, taking on a range of senior roles across the Asia-Pacific region. Advising clients in the power and finance sectors, with a particular focus on the six key offshore wind markets: Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Australia, and the Philippines. More recently, his work has expanded to include Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Nordic countries, providing him with a truly global perspective on renewable energy developments.
