CoralPoint Named a 2026 “Best Firm to Work For” by Consulting Magazine
Recognition underscores CoralPoint’s one-team, inclusive culture and the talent driving impact across the global energy transition.
July 21, 2026 – Basingstoke, UK – CoralPoint, the global pure-play sustainability consulting firm dedicated to the energy transition, has been named a 2026 “Best Firm to Work For” by Consulting Magazine – recognition reserved for organizations that build genuinely inclusive, high-performing cultures.
CoralPoint is one of only 44 professional services firms recognized this year for excellence in workplace culture, employee engagement, and professional development. The annual list, benchmarked by firm size, sets the global industry standard for how consulting organizations invest in their people.
The 2026 honourees were selected through a rigorous staff survey and evaluation spanning leadership, compensation, and work-life balance. This year’s list includes 11 boutique firms, 16 small firms, 10 midsize firms, and 7 large firms. CoralPoint was honoured to be named in the boutique category (up to 50 people).
For CoralPoint, the award recognises a conscious investment in creating a workplace where diverse perspectives strengthen decision-making and enhance client outcomes. As the firm grows its contribution to the energy transition, diversity and inclusion will remain central to our strategy and success, underpinning the positive impact we deliver for our employees, our clients, and the communities navigating a rapidly changing climate and energy landscape.
The rankings point to a broader industry shift: capability growth and talent retention are now inseparable. As consulting firms compete for specialized talent, those building genuinely inclusive cultures are best placed to attract and keep the people complex client work demands.
“At CoralPoint, we believe that our greatest strength is our people. When we work collaboratively, care for one another, and approach challenges with enthusiasm, we achieve our best results. As our global team continues to grow in support of the energy transition, our values will remain at the heart of everything we do. Being named a Best Firm to Work For is wonderful recognition of that culture, and we are deeply honoured to receive this award.” Sophie Kramer, Group HR Director - CoralPoint
“In today’s consulting landscape, a firm’s ability to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture is a primary differentiator. The 2026 honourees show that investing in people remains the most effective path to sustainable growth and client success.” Michael Webb, Director, Consulting Magazine
The 44 honourees represent a diverse cross-section of the industry, from global multiservice firms like Slalom and West Monroe to specialized high-growth firms like CoralPoint – proof that inclusive, high-performing cultures can be built at any scale.
CoralPoint looks forward to receiving its award at the Annual Consulting Magazine Awards Dinner on September 17, 2026, at The Midland Chicago Hotel.
