A qualified accountant (FCCA) and chartered taxation advisor (CTA), Brian started his career in audit, tax, assurance, and advisory with Top 10 firms including Grant Thornton and Baker Tilley. At Baker Tilley, Brian was a Partner, Regional Head of Tax, Staff Partner and part of the Regional Leadership Team, tasked with managing and growing the professional services business incorporating several offices and several hundred staff members.

Since then Brian has accumulated over twenty years of industry experience as an FD/CFO, primarily in the professional services, contracting, land reclamation and development sectors. Latterly he led, along with the CEO, a nine-figure private equity backed MBO to help enable the next phase of growth for Nobel Group, becoming Group CFO in the resulting private equity backed business.

Brian is passionate about energy transition and sustainability and has been supporting CoralPoint in a Fractional Finance Director capacity since the start of the year.

Brian will be based from the company’s headquarters in Basingstoke in the South of England.
