As part of a new organisation for FY26, Sebastian Chivers and Emilie Reeve will serve in the role of Co-Chief Executive Officers, reflecting a shared and deeply aligned vision to scale CoralPoint into a truly global advisory platform and an outstanding place to work. Together, they are focused on building a business that can support clients from the c-suite to the front-line across all aspects of the energy transition.

Carsten Brinck has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), bringing deep commercial acumen and international market expertise to accelerate CoralPoint’s global growth and client relationships. Gareth Lewis assumes the role of Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer (CSIO), responsible for shaping as well as strengthening the depth and quality of the firm’s global advisory services, and driving innovation across CoralPoint’s client offering.

The team is united by a clear ambition to challenge traditional consulting models and build a differentiated, outcome-driven advisory business that can operate seamlessly across global markets. With experience spanning over 50 countries worldwide and covering all renewables technologies, energy infrastructure and green fuels, they are focused on scaling CoralPoint’s presence internationally and supporting clients through the increasing complexity of the energy transition.
